Client Service Standards
We are committed to improving our service delivery to better meet our clients’ needs.
Our client service standards have been developed to ensure we are meeting client expectations and are delivering our services within agreed time frames.
These standards refer to the work of Manitoba Agriculture.
The achievement of Service Standards is a shared responsibility between Manitoba Agriculture and its clients; and is highly dependent upon the submission of all required documentation to departmental staff in a timely fashion. Service Standard commitments vary to reflect the unique requirements of departmental programs and services including:
• Livestock Identification Program
• Premises Identification Program
• Pesticide and Manure Licensing
They also set out our client obligations in order to meet these standards.
We are committed to providing quality services and regularly reviewing our service standards.
